Did You Know...
By John Saccany

DID YOU KNOW that one of this firm's personal injury lawyers, Kenneth J. Knabe (we do pronounce the "K" in Knabe), was appointed Treasurer of the Cleveland Academy of Trial Attorneys. Ohio Supreme Court Justice Francis J. Sweeney swore Ken in as Treasurer at the May installation dinner in Cleveland. The Cleveland Academy of Trial Attorneys is an organization consisting of trial attorneys whose goal is the preservation of the rights of victims.

DID YOU ALSO KNOW, Kenneth J. Knabe served on a "jury!" Allowing lawyers to sit on a jury was unheard of until recently. Ken found that being a juror was an enriching experience which will be invaluable in future cases. He wrote about his experience in a featured article in the Cleveland Bar Association's Journal. If you want a copy of his experience, note so on the postcard enclosed.

And.. KUDOS goes to Ken for a recent "big win"  jury  verdict
for a client involved in a pedestrian/autombobile crash in which
Allstate Insurance (you know, the "Good Hands" people) had
denied any liability for our clients serious injuries.
