Recipe: "Black Bean Salsa"

This delicious salsa has 50 calories, 5 grams of fat and 2 grams of fiber per 1/2 cup serving!
Forget those greasy chicken wingss 
a batch of this great stuff,
a bag of tortilla chips and you/re ready for the big game!

Ingredients:
2 cups black beans, cooked
3 cups tomatoes, diced
1 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. garlic, minced
1/2 Tsp. white pepper
1/2 medium red onion, chopped
1/2 Tbsp. lite soy sauce

To Prepare:
Thoroughly wash black beans and drain.
Cover with water and boil until soft (approx. 1 hour).
Drain beans and allow to cool.
Mix with remaining ingredients.

Yield: 12 1/2-cup servings
