The firm today represents injured people residing in Ohio, but has also had a
national reputation with its previous involvement in the Dalkon Shield IUD
litigation. Brown & Szaller housed the Depository for the Dalkon
Shield litigation. This depository will be permanently housed at the Harvard
Law School Library (Harvard
press release) for posterity and educational use.
